This Privacy Policy describes how Movementienergyo.ddd ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operator of the QuickPulse website at https://movementienergyo.world/ (the "Site"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information about visitors and contact-form users in the United States and, where applicable, other regions. 2. Scope and notice at collection

This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, contact forms, email, and phone. It does not apply to third-party websites, apps, or services linked from the Site (such as embedded maps). When you submit data, we tell you at the point of collection what fields are required, link to this Policy, and (for the contact form) request consent to processing where required.

3. Personal information we collect

In the preceding 12 months we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers — name, email address, IP address, and similar online identifiers.
  • Customer records / contact information — information you submit via our contact form or email.
  • Internet or other electronic network activity — pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.
  • Inferences — limited inferences from site usage (e.g., which content categories you view) only if analytics cookies are enabled with your consent.

Sources: directly from you; automatically from your device and browser; and from service providers that host or support the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, health diagnoses, biometric data, or Social Security numbers) through this Site. Please do not send medical or other sensitive details in contact messages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (see Section 14).

7. Retention

  • Cookie consent logs: up to 12 months
  • Server and security logs: typically 30–90 days
  • Marketing communications (if any): until you unsubscribe or we no longer need the list

When retention ends, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.

We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by your state's law (e.g., 45 days under Colorado and Connecticut rules). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

California-specific disclosures (CCPA/CPRA)

  • We have not sold personal information for monetary value in the preceding 12 months.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you opt in through non-essential cookies.
  • California residents may request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, sources, purposes, and third-party disclosures.
  • Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83): we do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing without your consent.

12. EEA/UK rights (GDPR)

13. Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor review. No online system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords on your own devices and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.

14. Children's privacy (COPPA)

The Site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly. Users between 13 and 17 should use the Site only with parent or guardian permission where required by state law.

17. Online advertising and analytics

We may use third-party advertising or measurement tools (such as Google Ads or Google Analytics) to understand Site traffic and display relevant ads.
